I will take that to mean I can take back my curtains and bedsheets.

[Jasper has never held back on his thoughts of his sense of style, even when they were children.]

How is that an empty threat? You can replace them once you are not relying on them.

Are you not capable of waiting one week? Do you not understand that one must find correct colour and texture? Or might you suppose drapes jump off the shelf and hang themselves?

I was finished with my furnishings in a week.

[Really, Jasper should just be glad the curtains aren't black. Or striped and polka-dotted, for that matter.]
